Marktech Optoelectronics offers Cree XBD and XTE series StarBoard LEDs
Designed to accelerate LED lighting adoption, the XTE LED from Marktech Optoelectronics delivers up to 148 lumens and 148 lumens per watt in cool white (6000K) or up to 114 lumens and 114 lumens per watt in warm white (3000K), both at 350 mA and 85°C.
Leveraging Cree's latest silicon carbide technology and expertise, the XBD LED delivers up to 139 lumens and 136 lumens per watt in cool white (6000K) or up to 107 lumens and 105 lumens per watt in warm white (3000K), both at 350 mA and 85°C.
XBD Series Features
- 80-min CRI white and 70-min CRI cool white
- 1 A maximum drive current
- Low thermal resistance: 6.5°C/W
- Electrically neutral thermal path
XTE Series Features
- CW efficacy of up to 148 lm/W (at +85°C, 350 mA)
- Wide viewing angle: 115° to 140°
- Thermal resistance: 5°C/W
- Maximum drive current: 1.5 A
