The LB11696V and LV8136V series from onsemi are PWM drive, brushless motor pre-driver ICs for three-phase brushless motors. The devices incorporate a full complement of protection circuitry, allowing them to easily implement high-reliability drive circuits. Characterized by very low power consumption and easy design, these ICs are optimally suited for driving various large-size motors such as those used in air conditioners and hot-water heaters.
