MicroForce Sensors - FMA Series | Datasheet Preview

These piezoresistive-based force sensors provide a SPI or I2C-compatible digital output for reading force over the specified full-scale force span and temperature range. Their direct mechanical coupling allows for an easy interface with the sensor, membrane, a plunger, or coupling with tubing. Other features include a small 5 millimeter by 5 millimeter form factor, a temperature range from 5 to 50 degrees Celsius, and a low power consumption of 14 milliwatts. Ideal medical applications include infusion pumps, ambulatory pumps, internal feeding pumps, and kidney dialysis machines, while industrial applications include load and compression sensing, touch panels, robotic equipment, force & grip measuring equipment, and others.
