Samsung ARTIK 5 and ARTIK 10 Dev Kits for IoT | DigiKey Daily

Samsung has created the ARTIK 5, a system-in-module with a dual ARM Cortex-A7 processor with integrated DRAM and Flash memories. Capable of many applications but being specifically tailored for home automation and hub devices, the ARTIK 5 includes a wide variety of communication capabilities such as wireless, Bluetooth 4.1, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Zigbee, all in a small 30 by 25 millimeter footprint. A wide range of interfaces give the developer freedom to integrates cameras, displays, audio inputs and output, as well as many different sensors using standard communication protocols and ADCs. Finally, hardware based security provides security to protect personal privacy from end to end.
