STM32U5 Series Ultra-Low-Power MCUs | Datasheet Preview

STMicroelectronics’ STM32U5 series offers advanced power-saving microcontrollers to meet the most demanding requirements for wearables, medical, home automation, and industrial applications. Based on Arm® Cortex®-M33, these devices offer up to 2 Mbytes of Flash memory and 786 Kbytes of SRAM. The STM32U5 series of microcontrollers feature a best-in-class power consumption meeting number energy benchmarks. A low power background autonomous mode saves power by enabling direct memory access while the Low Power Direct Memory Access ensures the peripherals continue to work while most of the device is in stop mode. The STM32U5 series offers a slew of security features that incorporate the Arm’s TrustZone® technology, an ST-specific security feature set, and state-of-the-art innovations that are specific to the STM32U5 series. The STM32U5 offers a large portfolio with 8 packages from 48 to 169 pins and supports up to a 125°C ambient temperature.
