DCM4623 Family Isolated Regulated DC Converters | Datasheet Preview

This series of DC-to-DC converters operate from an unregulated, wide-range input—from 160 to 420 volts-DC, to generate an isolated output ranging from 3.3 to 48 volts-DC. Due to its high-frequency zero-voltage-switching topology, this converter consistently delivers high-efficiency—up to 93.6% peak efficiency, across the entire input voltage range. This series of DCM4623 converters, along with downstream DC-to-DC converters, allow for efficient power distribution, thereby providing superior power system performance to the point-of-load. Other features include a power rating up to 600 watts and a power density up to 1,239 watts-per-cubic-inch. Applications include process control, heavy equipment, defense and aerospace, and more.
