The image on this slide shows a cross section view of the Gap Pad. The basecoat of this material is a fiberglass filled, non-tacky side about 4mil thick and upcoated with thermal and EM absorptive fillers to get the final thickness. The upcoat side is tacky, and covered by blue diamond liner. Customers will need to remove this liner prior to applying the pad in their applications. The available thickness for this product ranges from 0.5mm to 3.175mm with intervals of 0.5mm.
