The PIC32 family offers a wide spectrum of high performance 32-bit MCUs that extend from the low cost PIC32MX1/MX2 series of MCUs to the PIC32MX5/6/7 series of MCUs that possess cost-effective large memory and integrated connectivity peripherals. The Flash/RAM of these devices scale from as low as 16 KB/4 KB to as high as 512 KB/ 128KB. They come in multiple packages varying from compact 36-pin 5x5 mm TLAs to 121-ball BGAs.
