TX21/TX22 Miniature TCXOs

Aker Technology USA offers two temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO) with a frequency range of 10 MHz to 52 MHz and a frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm to 2 ppm. The TCXOs are ideal for use in the industrial, automotive, medical, consumer electronics, and communication/network markets.

Both the TX21 and TX22 feature a low-power design with a 3.0 mA max input current. Each offers multiple voltage options, including 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 1.68 V ~ 3.63 V. They have a standard operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The TCXO’s compact rugged ceramic metal package helps reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) effects. The TX21 measures just 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm, while the TX22 measures 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.95 mm.
