ACDBCT3 Series Schottky Diode

Comchip’s ACDBCT3 series Schottky diode has a forward current of 3.0 A and reverse voltage range of 20 V to 100 V. The surface mount DO-214AB / SMC package is lead-less and low profile, with large terminations ideal for high speed surface mount process. It is 58% thinner than a standard DO-214AB/SMC package. The ACDBCT3 series features low power loss and high efficiency and is capable of handling high currents. The parts are REACH and RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.

Inside the DO-214AB / SMC package (8.0+/-0.1 x 5.0+/-0.1 x 1.2+/-0.15 mm) is a 3 A Schottky chip with low forward voltage making it more efficient than standard 3 A Schottky diodes. The parts pass stress tests for automotive grade discrete semiconductors and are AEC-Q101 qualified.

The DO-214AB/SMC package meets UL 94V-0 flammability classification.

The terminals are matte-tin plated and solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026. High temperature soldering guaranteed: 250°C / 10 seconds.
