MEA Series AC-DC Medical Adapter

Delta's expanded medical AC-DC desktop-type adapter offerings include an MEA series with 60 W/65 W (MEA-065A) and 90 W (MEA-090A) output models. It offers four output voltages (12 V, 15 V, 19 V, and 24 V) and has reduced volume by 20% over the previous MDS series. The MEA series adapters meet Efficiency DoE Level VI and ErP Lot 7 with efficiency of up to 89%, no-load power consumption < 0.15 W @ 115 V_AC and 230 V_AC input, touch current < 0.1 mA (under normal circumstances), and electric shock protection complying with 2 x MOPP. These adapters are suitable for various medical applications, such as CPAP, patient monitors, portable ultrasounds, and medical displays.

The MEA series is certified to both medical and AV/ICT safety standards, including EN/BS EN 55011 for industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment, and meets EN/BS EN 55032 for information technology equipment (ITE) radio-frequency equipment.
