Image of Silvertel Ag53000 Series PoE PD ModuleThe Silvertel Ag53000 series is a cost-optimized, fully featured IEEE802.3 at 30 W single-in-line (SIL) PoE PD module solution and is pin-for-pin compatible with the Silvertel Ag5300 and Ag5400 high-efficiency product series.

The Ag53000 is pre-configured as a Type 2 Class 4 PD device, requesting 30 W of power from the PSE with nominal output voltages of 12 V or 24 V.

The high-efficiency DC/DC converter can achieve greater than 90% efficiency and operates over a wide input voltage range with a low ripple and low noise output. The DC/DC converter also has built-in output overload, output short-circuit, and overtemperature protection and provides a 1,500 VDC (input to output) isolation barrier.
