Stackpole RTAN Series Resistors | DigiKey Daily

The RTAN series from Stackpole is an AEC-Q200 compliant series of tantalum nitride precision thin film chip resistors. Available in sizes from 0805 and 1206, these resistors offer tolerances to 0.05% and TCR's to 25ppm. The self-passivating feature of TaN makes the RTAN series impervious to moisture. In addition, Stackpole’s materials and design enhance the anti-moisture performance and makes the RTAN highly resistant to sulfur contamination. Under industry standard sulfur testing, namely, ASTM B809-95 humid vapor testing, the RTAN chip resistors show minimal resistance shifts after over 700 hours.
