Heatsink clip installation and removal is always a concern at the contract manufacturer’s level. ATS Engineering was asked to provide a simple and cost effective way of assembling the heat sink with maxiGRIP. Installation tools were designed for all sizes to make the assembly easy and repeatable. Each of these “tool kits” are available through DigiKey.
