Gap Pad® is a low modulus silicone or non-silicone rubber based TIM which can easily conform to surfaces and fill the gaps in difficult topographies and thicknesses where thinner or harder materials can trap air and not supply an adequate thermal interface. Gap Pad® is an electrically isolating material which provides protection between heat sinks and high voltage devices. Moreover, it is conformable and compliant to UL and RoHS standards.
