The PMDTM package is physically smaller and shorter than PMDS and SMA Packages. In order to accommodate this smaller package, Rohm recommends to change the land pattern on the Wide Frame designs. Rohm performed an experiment that showed it is possible to mount the PMDTM parts using the existing PMDS recommended land pattern. However, it is recommended that the customer still verifies mounting the smaller part in the actual application to confirm.
