RPX Series of Buck Converters

The RPX series buck converters have an integrated shielded inductor with flip-chip technology that provides exceptional thermal management. They come in a tiny QFN package and efficiency ratings near or above 90%. They are fully protected, including short-circuits, output overcurrent, over-temperature, over-voltage, and under-voltage lockout. They are superior options for IoT, IIoT, and high-density power systems requiring optimum energy efficiency. All of the modules in this series have an additional evaluation board option.
