Mill-Max has introduced a new series of surface mount PCB pins. These pins include grooves machined into the base of the pin. These grooves provide additional support to secure the pin to the pad in position as well as help prevent pin float and outgassing during the soldering process. These new PCB pins are available in various heights and diameters and are suitable for many applications in which surface mount connections are the only option.
