Temperature drift can affect many DC parameters. Three specifications that will change over temperature are offset voltage, gain, and bias current. The datasheet will show typical and maximum values for how a device will perform over temperature. These graphs are from the OP07D, a very low cost precision op amp. The first graph is a histogram that shows the number of amplifiers with different values of temperature drift. The specifications in the datasheet show a maximum of 1.5uV/°C change, and a typical 0.5uV/°C drift. Most op amps have less than 0.5uV/°C of drift. The second graph shows how the total offset voltage will change over a temperature range.
