ROHM’s broad line-up of power packages range from high power packages like TO247 and TO220FM to compact packages like the DFN3333 and DFFN5060. The products highlighted in this module are in DFN packages which are both compact with exposed pads underneath. The exposed pads improve heat dissipation and minimize the need for an external heat sink.
