This slide shows thermal pictures of the power block and competitor’s discrete devices. Both devices are operating at 25 A, 25 degrees Celsius with no airflow, an input voltage of 12V and an output voltage of 1.3V, at 500 KHz. The power block is at operating 82ºC while the two competitor’s discrete devices are operating at 85ºC and 78ºC. The Power block is still in the mid range of the two competitor’s discrete devices.
