When the switch is off, leakage current can introduce errors as shown in this slide. The leakage current flowing through the load resistance develops a corresponding voltage error at the output. The iCMOS process and the ADG12xx parts offer excellent linear leakage performance up to 80°C. Leakage variation with temperature is an important consideration for many customers.
